Your friendly neighborhood Online Fitness Academy (OFA) is gearing up to rock the floor in two spots this year – catch us chilling with apples and bananas at hall 10.2, booth H44, and getting our popcorn popping in hall 7, booth E88.

Why the fruit, you ask? Because we can’t have you going catabolic on us while you’re making rounds. And yes, the popcorn’s there to keep those carb levels optimal. We’re all about those gains, after all!
